The Smartest Guy Ever! Honest!

"Hi, I'm the Smartest Guy Ever!  You may know me as Mr. Albert Einstein.  You may call me "Al" PROVIDED you do not make some dumb joke about that unlistenable Pop Song by Paul Simon.

"I was puttering in my celestial laboratory one day when this fellow named Steven Salemi intruded upon my work.  He claimed to be some sort of 'Computer Guru,' and he begged me to answer for him what I perceived to be a very simple question: 'which computers are superior, Apple Macintosh
or IBM PC-Class Systems?
 

"Since I spend my days unlocking the very secrets of existence, this struck me as an exceedingly trivial and mundane question.  With a brain like mine, who needs a computer?  But this Salemi fellow persisted, and (I am ashamed to admit it) extracted an agreement from me that I would use my gigantic brain to answer his question under the iron-clad condition that he never bother me again!



"Having struck a deal, I asked Mr. Salemi to come back in a few months. Do remember, I've been out of circulation for awhile and felt it necessary to research the matter thoroughly before I gave a final answer.

"So I am looking into the question right now -- remember, I am a quick study! -- and will publish my answer -- which will be definitively and absolutely, positively the right, correct, and final answer...on February 22, 2001 -- Steven Salemi's 43rd birthday.



"Now for God's sake, leave me alone
and let me do my work!!!"
